Die 66m² große Ferienwohnung im Kurviertel von Bad Sachsa liegt oberhalb des Schmelzteiches direkt hinter dem Hotel "Romantischer Winkel". Bis zum Schmelzteich und Wald sind es nur ein paar Schritte! Ideal für Menschen, die Natur und spazieren gehen mit und ohne Hund lieben.
Die Haupteinkaufsstraße (Marktstraße) ist nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Dort findet man alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfes - seien es Supermärkte, Banken, Apotheken, Restaurants oder Cafés.
Parken können Sie direkt und kostenfrei auf dem Parkplatz vor der Tür.
Die 2-Zimmerwohnung hat ein Badezimmer mit begehbarer Dusche und WC, sowie ein separates Gäste-WC.
In der hochwertigen Einbauküche finden Sie von einer Nespresso Kaffeemaschine über Waffeleisen, Joghurtbereiter, einer smarten Küchenmaschine (mit Dampfgarfunktion) Toaster und kleinem Schnell-Backofen alles, was Hobbyköche so gebrauchen können.
Das Wohnzimmer mit Panoramafenster bietet viel Licht und blickt auf Bäume und Grün. Auf dem Dreier-Sofa oder dem Sessel kann man gemütlich Smart TV mit +54HD-Sendern schauen, lesen oder einfach nur die grüne Aussicht genießen.
Der traditionelle Baumkantentisch bietet einen Essplatz für vier Personen.
